Celebrating 16 Years of Advocacy: Human Rights Organization Sri Lanka Honors Milestones and Launches the ‘Womb to Grave’ Medal Initiative
Our Human Rights Organization Sri Lanka celebrated its 16th anniversary and International Human Rights Day on 10.12.2023, and the two main objectives of the program were
1. Rights should be protected from the womb to the grave.
2. To set aside a day for all deceased human beings.
As a decision taken by our organization on this anniversary, it was decided to give the above objective as a medal to all the dignitaries of our country, and as an initial step, the medal was given to the Minister of Justice, Prison Affairs and Constitutional Reforms of our country, the Honorable President's Counsel (Dr.) Wijayadasa Rajapaksa..
